Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMC) is the fund manager and principal distributor of the Sun Life Prosperity Funds and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. (SLOCPI).

SLAMC acts as the adviser, administrator, and provides management, and all required operational services for the family of the Sun Life Prosperity Funds.

The company benefits from the expertise of Sun Life Financial, a global force in financial services with international operations, subsidiaries and joint ventures serving millions of people in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and China.

Michael Enriquez MICHAEL GERARD D. ENRIQUEZ
Chief Investments Officer

Mr. Enriquez is the Chief Investments Officer of Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. (SLOCPI) and accountable for the formulation and implementation of portfolio strategies for the life insurance, variable universal life insurance and the 7 Sun Life Prosperity Funds of the Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMC). He has over 15 years of solid and distinguished portfolio management experience gained from stints in various investment and financial service companies. Mr. Enriquez graduated from the Ateneo De Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
Boy 1 EXEQUIEL J. MARAÑO, JR
Head, Fixed Income

Mr. Maraño is the Head of the Fixed Income Section of the Investments Department of Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. (SLOCPI) and manages the Bond Fund, GS Fund, Money Market Fund and Dollar Abundance Fund of Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMC). His experience in the asset management industry spans 2 decades handling fixed income funds. He was also named by Asset Magazine as one of the Top 5 Most Astute Investors in Local currency bonds across 8 Asian markets in 2004, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Only 13 investors from the Philippines made it to the list. Mr. Maraño graduated from the De La Salle University Bacolod with a BS Accounting degree and Master in Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management.
Boy 2 ROLANDO A. CAPERINA
Fund Manager

Mr. Olan Caperina is the Portfolio Manager for Equities of Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. He joined the Investments unit of SLF Philippines in April 2011 and became part of the team in-charge of overall management of the equities portfolio of mutual funds, VULs, and various segments of the Life Insurance Portfolio. Before joining Sun Life, he spent 7 years with the Asset Management & Trust Group of one of the Philippine's largest bank with his last stint as OIC/Head of the Equities Investment unit. Mr. Caperina is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a graduate of Harvard Business Publishing's Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP). In 2003, he earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He took his undergraduate degree at De La Salle University where he finished BSC major Management of Financial Institutions.
